Terms and Conditions
Introduction to the Program
The Quick Hit Slots Rewards Program (the “Program”) operates under the terms and conditions set out below (the “Program Rules”). The program is exclusive to Quick Hit Slots (the “Game”) where loyal players can earn points through level-ups, in-game promotions and purchases.
Registration is automatic when the Game is opened and free of charge. By playing the Game, you agree to participate in the Program and to be bound by the Program Rules.
The Program is operated by SciPlay Games, LLC, a company registered in Nevada, USA, with a place of business at 6601 Bermuda Road, Las Vegas, 89119 Nevada, USA, together with its affiliates (“SciPlay”).
The Program Rules incorporate SciPlay’s Terms of Service (available here) (the “Terms of Service”) and SciPlay’s Privacy Policy (available here) (the “Privacy Policy”). By playing the Game and participating in the Program, all players automatically agree to Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and these Program Rules. All personal information provided through the Program will be processed in compliance with the Privacy Policy.
SciPlay may revise the Program Rules at any time, without notice. Such amendments become effective immediately upon being posted online. It is the player’s responsibility to review the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Program Rules and to monitor for any changes.
Join the Program!
The benefits of the Program are open to players of the Game that:
- meet all requirements of the Terms of Service;
- own the account to play the Game; and
- are natural persons.
Players that meet the above requirements (“Players”) are automatically enrolled in the Program upon opening the Game.
Nobody under the age of twenty-one (21) is permitted to play the Game or participate in the Program. Players who have voluntarily suspended their Game account through SciPlay’s “Responsible Play” tool won’t be able to play the Game or receive any of the benefits of the Program during the time of their voluntary suspension.
Accumulation of QH Points
Players will accumulate Program points (“QH Points”) through level-ups, in game promotions and purchases.
Players can see their QH Points balance by clicking the “QHS REWARDS” icon in the top left corner of the Game lobby. The QH Point balance is unique to each player ID.
If a Player logs in with a platform-based login, such as Facebook Connect or Apple login, the QH Point balance will be shared across all devices that use that login. If a Player logs in with a guest login, the QH Point balance will be limited to the login device.
QH Points will accumulate each calendar year between January 1 to December 31.
Loyalty Levels
The Program operates several different loyalty levels ( “Loyalty Levels”).
To move up to a new Loyalty Level or retain a Loyalty Level, a Player must accumulate the amount of QH Points detailed below:
Silver
13,000 QH Points are required to progress to the next Loyalty Level.
Gold
187,000 QH Points are required to progress to the next Loyalty Level.
52,000 QH Points are required to maintain current Loyalty Level year to year.
Emerald
1,610,000 QH Points are required to progress to the next Loyalty Level.
328,000 QH Points are required to maintain current Loyalty Level year to year.
Ruby
8,000,000 QH Points are required to progress to the next Loyalty Level.
2,900,000 QH Points are required to maintain current Loyalty Level year to year.
Diamond (VIP Players Only)
27,300,000 QH Points are required to progress to the next Loyalty Level.
16,380,000 QH Points are required to maintain current Loyalty Level year to year.
Platinum (VIP Players Only)
86,000,000 QH Points are required to maintain current Loyalty Level year to year.
Progression to the next Loyalty Level (Blue Diamond) is by invitation only from SciPlay.
Blue Diamond (VIP Players and by invite only)
To retain the current Loyalty Level (Blue Diamond) year to year is by invitation only from SciPlay.
Maintaining QH Points
For Players to retain their Loyalty Level (and associated benefits) from the first year to the second year (and onwards), more QH Points are required than originally needed to reach the Loyalty Level.
Players will earn QH Points faster in the second year (and subsequent years), because Players will maintain the QH Points Multiplier associated with their current Loyalty Level. The “QH Points Multiplier” is a benefit to Players which accelerates the pace at which QH Points can be accumulated, by adding extra points for each level-up or purchase, compared to the base Loyalty Level (Silver).
Annual Review of QH Points
SciPlay will review and adjust the balance of QH Points each calendar year on December 31, as follows:
- Players in the “Silver” Loyalty Level:
The balance of QH Points is reset to zero (0).
- Players promoted to a new Loyalty Level during the previous year:
Commence the new year in their new Loyalty Level.
The balance of QH Points is reset to zero (0).
- Players who maintain their Loyalty Level at the end of a year (after the first year of participation for that Player) but who are not promoted to a higher Loyalty Level:
Retain their Loyalty Level.
The balance of QH Points is reset to zero (0).
- In years following the initial year of the Player’s participation:
Players who do not earn enough QH Points to be promoted to a higher Loyalty Level or maintain their current Loyalty Level will be demoted to the next lowest Loyalty Level.
The balance of QH Points is reset to zero (0).
Benefits of the Program
Each Loyalty Level will award Players with different benefits which may include:
- Increased daily bonus: The number of coins awarded for a Player’s daily bonus will increase based on the Loyalty Level.
- Store boosts: The number of coins received for each purchase will increase based on Loyalty Level.
- Anniversary gift: Players will receive an annual gift on their install anniversary based on their Loyalty Level.
- Increased awards for level-up: Each level up award will be increased based by a percentage based on Loyalty Level.
- QH Points Multiplier: The rate at which Players accumulate QH Points will increase based on Loyalty Level.
- Extra sales: Special sales will be available exclusively to the higher Loyalty Levels.
- Slots preview: Exclusive slot pre-release slot previews will be available to the higher Loyalty Levels.
- Free “Star Pass”: Players in eligible Loyalty Levels will receive a free “Star Pass” each season.
- Birthday gift: Players who provide their birthday date will receive an in-game gift on their birthday.
All bonuses and benefits awarded to Players from the Program will be in addition to any other bonuses received in-Game.
Benefits may include daily bonus multipliers, store boost multipliers, level up reward multipliers, loyalty point multipliers.
VIP Loyalty Levels
The Diamond Loyalty Level and Platinum Loyalty Levels are VIP levels.
The Blue Diamond Loyalty Level is also a VIP level, but by invitation only from SciPlay.
Players that earn Diamond Loyalty Level, Platinum Loyalty Level and Blue Diamond Loyalty Levels may receive exclusive VIP benefits, including but not limited to the assignment of a SciPlay VIP host, invitations to exclusive VIP events (including real world events) and exclusive in-Game opportunities.
All VIP benefits are provided at SciPlay’s discretion and may be changed at any time.
General Terms
In addition to the general terms below, the legal terms set out in the Terms of Service (available here) apply to these Program Rules. In the event of conflict, these Program Rules prevail.
These Program Rules may be revised, modified or cancelled at any time for any reason by SciPlay without liability to a Player.
All decisions related to the interpretation or application of these Program Rules, the services, rewards and benefits of the Program, disciplinary actions, benefits accumulation, etc., are entirely in the discretion of SciPlay and SciPlay’s decisions are final.
If a Player’s account is suspended or terminated for any reason, (whether by the Player or SciPlay), the Player’s access to the Program will also be suspended or terminated.
Failure to comply with the Program Rules or the Terms of Service may result in termination of a Player’s participation in the Program at SciPlay’s discretion. If the Player’s account is terminated or suspended at SciPlay’s decision, the Player’s QH Points may be forfeited at SciPlay’s discretion. SciPlay has no liability for the effects of suspension or termination.
QH Points have no monetary or other value and cannot be exchanged or transferred for money or anything else of any value.
If any provision of these Program Rules is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, its invalidity shall not affect the validity of any other provision these Program Rules. Any invalid and unenforceable provisions may be modified by any court of competent jurisdiction to the extent necessary to render the same valid and enforceable.
YOUR USE OF THE PROGRAM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL INFORMATION CONTAINED HEREIN, ALL REWARDS, BENEFITS AND OTHER FEATURES OF THE PROGRAM) IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS, AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE PROGRAM OR THESE TERMS.
WITHOUT DEROGATING FROM THE FOREGOING, NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ITS AFFILIATES OR SUBSIDIARIES, NOR ANY OF THEIR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, ATTORNEYS, THIRD-PARTY CONTENT PROVIDERS, DISTRIBUTORS, LICENSEES, OR LICENSORS (“COMPANY PARTIES”) WARRANT THAT THE PROGRAM AND ITS SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE COMPANY PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL OR DATA, COST OF PROCURING SUBSTITUTE GOODS, SERVICES OR INFORMATION, LITIGATION OR THE LIKE) THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM, OR LOSS OF VIRTUAL GOODS OR GAME CURRENCY. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL SOURCES OF LIABILITY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACTIONS FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, PRODUCT LIABILITY, BREACH OF WARRANTY; AND STATUTORY VIOLATIONS.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO A NEGLIGENT ACT, WILL COMPANY PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OF ANY KIND THAT RESULTS FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF THE COMPANY PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW SOME OR ALL OF THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY AS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION; AS A RESULT, AND SOLELY TO THAT EXTENT, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE LIMITATION(S) OR EXCLUSION(S) MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
